This year, for the first time, HERBalachia is offering Advanced Classes focusing on medicinal herbs used for specific body systems.
Pre-requisite: full completion of the Lifestyle Program or similar herbal immersion program, OR medical professionals.
American Herbalist Guild: This series of classes is in alignment with the American Herbalist Guild guidelines for herbal study and may be used toward certification with AHG. Credits are offered for nurses, as well. For more information, read the “AHG Guide to Getting an Herbal Education“.
Six Saturdays, 30 hours total: March to October, 9 am – 3 pm
Daily Saturday Schedule:
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Anatomy & physiology, Herbs for this system, Safety
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Evidence-based Protocols, Traditional Formulas
