Registration Steps:

Pay your non-refundable deposit of $500.
Complete the online application below.
This finalizes your spot in the program.
Payment balances due:
$550 by November 15
$550 by February 6

Please budget an additional $200 for books and class supplies.

Payment may be made at Appalachian Acupuncture, Tues–Thurs 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-1pm.
We accept cash, check or credit card. Card payment by phone: 423-928-9394.
